Fans Zanessa Technology Indonesia (ZTI) fans are available in sizes ranging from 3 hp to 30 hp and mount directly to the clean-air plenum of the dust collector, eliminating costly transition ducting. Additionally, Zanessa Technology Indonesia (ZTI) fans are an economical and dependable option with a direct-drive design that eliminates maintenance on fan bearings and belts. ZTI fans are available in sizes from 1 hp to 10 hp.
Pulse Controllers ensure efficient and effective operation and maintenance of media across all collectors. Our microprocessor-based logic ensures reliability and EMC compliance. We offer three separate units, each uniquely engineered to allow all collectors to perform at 100% capacity, regardless of the application's difficulty.
Rotary Valves are an affordable solution for automated handling of most discharge dust. They come in three models: AN, Cl, and F - Series. Rotary valves provide continuous dust disposal, which keeps hoppers and collectors operating at peak performance. This reduces dust collector maintenance time and cost.
Explosion Venting and Suppression Systems are necessary for many types of combustible and explosive dust. These systems include Explosion Relief Panels (with or without weather domes) and Suppression Systems. The Suppression Systems are designed to detect and chemically suppress an explosion at its incipient stages to prevent the development of destructive pressure.
A differential pressure gauge is a crucial tool for maintaining a dust collector. It allows for the measurement of pressure drop across filters, indicating when servicing is
necessary.
Pre-Separators ZTI Cyclone dust collectors are often used to collect large or coarse dust particles in high dust loading applications. They are recommended as pre-cleaners to be installed before fabric or cartridge
dust collectors.
HEPA and 95% DOP filters have a high filtration efficiency of 99.97% at 0.3 microns. They can be used as afterfilters for dust, fume and mist collection, as primary filters in less stringent applications or as final filters in indoor industrial applications. Panel filters with 95% DOP
media are also available.
